The company was originally founded in 1985 by David’s father, Chris. Chris had his father in mind when he started his tree service. Chris’s father was a WWII veteran and, later, a professional cowboy, who himself had a gold tooth! Knowing the antics he’d get up to, he was known as somewhat of a “gorilla”! The name is an homage to Grandpa Bill. Despite his wild life, Grandpa Bill lived all the way to 99!
